WARRANTY
» differential thermostat 1 year starting from the delivery date;
» solar panels and fittings 10 years starting from the delivery date;
» the warranty covers production faults and consists in the substitution of the defective components
» the warranty does not cover expenses for difassembling and assembling the plant and the delivery of the failed and new components;
» the warranty is not valid if the components have been utilised improperly or ignoring the specifications given in the instructions booklet, included in the «AB» package;
» for the substitution of the defective pieces, they must be sent back to Janus Energy in such a condition that the production date, printed on the collectors headers, and the failed part be visible so that the reason of the damage is understandable.
